Jerry Page, President
Jerry Page became President of the Central California Conference on January 1, 1995.  Pastor Page is grateful for the dedicated, Christian parents who continually kept him before God through prayer. After rebelling in his wild teen years, he gave his heart fully to God in his 20s. Soon afterwards, God called him to ministry. He earned his B.A. in theology and M.A. of Divinity from Andrews University in 1973 and 1975, respectively. He then pastored in Illinois and Colorado, becoming a departmental director for the Rocky Mountain Conference in 1981. In 1986, he joined the Pennsylvania Conference as ministerial director, and was elected conference president in 1987.

Pastor Page's wife Janet is his partner in ministry and in life. Janet leads Prayer Ministries and Women's Ministries for the Central California Conference, and facilitates the annual Youth Prayer Conference and Girls' Retreat, and is a much sought after speaker for events around the country. The Pages are passionate believers in united prayer, and speak for prayer retreats and camp meetings throughout North America and various other countries.

Pastor and Mrs. Page have two sons: Tyson, who is married to Shenalyn, and Zachary, who is married to Leah, and one grandson, Daniel.
 
 

 

Onalee Showalter, Secretary to the President

Onalee joined the Central California Conference in 1984, shortly after the offices moved from San Jose to Clovis. "God opened the door," she says of the series of events that led her to join the staff.  She has been the Administrative Secretary to the President since 1995 and is passionate about "helping our church grow and prosper in the Lord."

In addition to assisting the president with his many responsibilities, her duties include coordinating the CCC Master Calendar, oversight of the switchboard, serving on several committees, and facilitation of many of the details of Camp Meeting and various ministerial retreats.

The friendships Onalee has formed with fellow staff members are the highlight of her years at the Conference.  "There's such a diversity of people here, with so many talents," she says.  "It's neat to see how God put us together as a team."

Onalee's husband, Fredrick, is retired, but has been pastoring the Seven Palms Adventist church in Fresno since 2006.  The church has grown steadily under their loving leadership.  The Showalter's have two married daughters and two granddaughters.

Onalee's favorite scripture is "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful."  Hebrews 10:23
